2. The Empire-World offers to help the United Nations (hereinafter
called the old United Nations) become the New United Nations, an independent
sovereign state without external influences but acting as a law-making organ
for the Empire-World (Government of the New World Order without direct
influence on any Government on earth) - in other words the legislature of the
Sovereign Government called the Empire-World. The Empire-World sets aside a
total sum of Uss 999666.666 x 999 to the New United Nations for its
operations to meet up with its obligations. The New United Nations shall
relocate to New Foundland of Ik-Summerxyz and there become a full sovereign
state. The Empire-World has already set free the International Court of Justice
at the former Haige in Holland to become The New International Court of Justice
at the Haige in Den Haaggi, a new state carved out of the former Holland to
become a nation of Judges for Judges. Her role in the New
World Order is to interprepe laws made by the New United Nations for
the new Sovereign Government called the Empire-World to administer in her
efforts to move the world forward towards the era of convergence. The
Empire-World has also set aside a sum of Uss 999666.666 x 999 to the
International Court of Justice at the Haige in Den Haaggi to secure her
sovereignty and imunity from all external imfluences. The three arms of
Government in the New World Order are therefore the Boss called the
Empire-World, the legislature called the New United Nations and the Judiciary called the New
International Court of Justice at the Haige in the Den Haaggi. The Empire-World
is a Government of peace on earth to unite peoples on top by uniting
Governments and fueding nations and unite all peoples below by uniting families
and lost friends. All this is made possible by the huge finances made available

3. The manifestoes of the Empire-World does not embody Politics or politicking as said earlier and consequently no Government on earth should see her as confrontational. The Empire-World is here to keep the peace, basically, and not to fuel factioning. 4. On the basis of the peace, all nations are requested to immediately report all cases of crisis in their teething stages to both the Informations Dept. and the mass-media of the Empire-World for quick action. To this end the Empire-World shall immediately promulgate clauses to allow her float a more powerful Outfit to help the International Red Cross in its operations. It will also receive special cash grant. 5. The Empire-World is here to serve the physical world and consequently all serving peoples within the Government and parastatals and other areas are to do so as physical human beings. 6. The Empire-World is an Empire [or Government] and stretches from the tip of the Hudson Strait in the former Quebec (now called Ik-Summerxyz) down to the Lake Superior and Hamilton opposite Detroit in the United States of America and up via the islands of Liverpool, Sydney and the Newfoundland [St John’s, Basques and Gander] and then back to Hudson Strait via Hebron and Cape Chidley.
